PerformanceEdge offers a porfolio of funds (called PE Funds) that are focused on investing in emerging market opportunities.  We utilize a unique, strategy-driven approach to find, acquire and grow the types of businesses, community projects and industry initiatives that are both functionally relevant today (they make money) and transformatively relevant for tomorrow (they have a strategy for owning a market). 

Today, we have one investment opportunity open and one in early stage development: 

  1. Small Business Growth Fund: focused on small and medium sized business in green-tech, physical security and information technology markets (this fund is now active ... link to the SMB Growth section on right to download a summary/prospectus).
  2. Community Development Fund: focused on projects of significance in the Southwest Area that combine a relevant mix of enviornment, education, entertainment and business integrated to serve growth or civic transformation initiatives (this fund is in development).   

All investments made by PerformanceEdge through it's PE Funds include alignment with its management services to ensure that the alignment of people, strategy, execution and financing maximizes value.

2020 Growth Funds

PE Funds align investments to the businesses, communities and industries that will be relevant in 2020. Our focus is to create new leverage for investors who experienced the losses from the downturn and are looking to create a portfolio that is more balanced and aligned to benefit from the trends going forward.  Among the issues that open the door for a new investment portfolio:  

  • New financing structures for developing opportunities.  
  • Government stimulus funding for emerging technologies and construction projects.  
  • Equity structures that put investors first.  
  • Pragmatic business and management models that reduce risk.    

PE Funds are well targeted, conservatively managed and investor-friendly. Our investment model is to buy propoerties or assets that are available at attractive prices, develop and execute a strategy for growth that leverages relevant models for today and return investor capital first. All of our investments will be managed to be first and foremost, healthy and sustainable.  Exit strategies will be flexible.  Investor returns will begin in year three.
