We go through a five-step process to:
- Assess - we want to understand the reality of your current position.
- Learn - experience is only one teacher. Living in the trenches of your business where real value is created will give us a better appreciation for the current state of your business.
- Refine - we’re not the kind of company that drops off reports on your desk, we’ll work with you to identify tactics and techniques that will better optimize your current business model.
- Apply - the best plans are those that understand how to embrace real-time field adjustments. We’ll work with your organization to implement the antidotes and align them to an execution strategy that works.
- Fund - we believe in investing once a plan for success that everyone buys into has been created is the best way to create long-term value. You win first, then we and the other shareholders share in the appreciation.
Expect the process to take 90-120 days. We look at the time as a benefit to both partners. We can jointly evaluate each other and determine whether or not a long-term relationship makes sense. Once the proper foundation is in place, the chances for success go up dramatically. We're much more likely to be able to build a healthy business together if we start out on the same page.
