We only want to work with the best. 

For our own private equity fund, we’re looking for businesses in emerging sectors that offer a transformative breakthrough in their industries. The industries where we currently have interests include green energy, construction, technology and financial services marketplaces.

Our criterion for investment is simple:

• A product with long-term relevance and high market impact.
• A business model with the flexibility and desire to adapt.
• An operating model that can create healthy margins.
• A capital structure with room for a strategic investor.

We’re not looking for perfection. No small business can bring it. What we are looking for though is a business with the right foundation. One that values being valuable. And a group of people who care about their stakeholders.
